USTAD ARIF TANVEER - is the successor of centuries old music tradition of Delhi Gharana. He is well known for his versatile style of singing. He sings a whole range of classical & semi classical music in his rich voice. He is renderings of Khayal, Thumari, Dadra, Bhajans & Ghazals have won him much acclaim. He started learning music from a young age. His father "Ustad Hifzual Kabir Saheb " gave him intensive training in classical vocal music with this grounding. He also had the Privilege of learning from his uncle Padma Vibhushan "Ustad Ali Akbar Khan Saheb". As a young boy he won several awards in Music competitions at school & University. Today he is keeping up the family tradition. He is a successful researcher and an active practitioner of sound and music therapy. Performances . He is a well known classical singer of India and while serving music for more than 15 years he has given many successful recitals in India and aboard.
