Conditions: 1) The Nursing Superintendent Grade-II who are attending Transfer Counselling should have completed at least one year of service in the present station. 2) All the officers are requested to give Service Certificate to the Nursing Superintendent Grade-II who have completed one year of service in the present station and willing to attend the transfer counselling. 3) The Head of the institution should not issue the Service Certificate to the Nursing Superintendent Grade-II those who have not completed one year of service in the present station and they should not be permitted to attend Counselling. 4) Nursing Superintendent Grade-II without the service certificate will not be permitted to attend Counselling. 5) No TA/DA will be granted for attending the Transfer Counselling. 6) This intimation of Transfer Counselling must be exhibited in the Notice Board of the institutions for information of all the Nursing Superintendent Grade-II.
