And for the Framers of the American, French Constitution like Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, and le Baron de Montesquieu the Court power violates the Republican principle of the majority rule because the Judges have been nominated and confirmed in their posts respectively by each side of Government: Executive and Congress (Parliament). According to Madison it becomes inappropriate that unelected Judges can decide on the constitutionality of acts of Congress or President who are elected powers, but it helps to create a strategy of check in balance to regulate the political system from the perspective to prevent the tyranny by the majority or minority groups. Now who is to guard the guardian, this Court dominated by Haitian Judge Lamarre Bélizaire? Who is to control, balance, and deactivate the spiral of political persecution orchestrated by him (Lamarre Bélizaire) against the well-known Lavalas party members, the followers of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide the charismatic and historical Leader of the peaceful and democratic Revolution of december16,1990, himself with families and political allies, National Police Divisionary Commissioner Jean Anthony Nazaire ( President Aristide’s Parent) who is right now under arrest Including Lawyers Me Andre Michel, Newton Saint-Just under menace of arrest, The Florestal brothers already incarcerated and others militants of the vast democratic movement of Haiti? The Parliament and the Executive power backing up by the People are responsible to fix and end the Court system abusing it power against the Haitian citizens because their political affiliation. We Haitian people we want Democracy, Freedom, Justice not a Tyranny and Peace on the streets to develop business in order to reach economic growth. We would continue fairly to recommend until satisfaction to the two others constitutional branch of Powers the application of an immediate dismissal or other appropriate solution to stop Judge Bélizaire serving in the administration of our Justice system for the best whishing the interests and stability of our nation.
